Our story
Palette’s story began when a passionate team wanted to understand the management challenges online businesses face — and how we could lighten that load. That concern pushed us to get to work.
We spoke with shop owners, marketing managers, and other operators for hours. They were exhausted from answering customers around the clock, sending product photos and links, and missing timely replies — knowing it hurt their reputation. The question was clear: how could they run online sales better and keep customers happy?
After those conversations, we finally understood where the real worries were.
Then we had to invent the solution. Through many sessions, experiments, and putting ourselves in the customer’s shoes, Palette was born.
